Is it just me, or does he usually have like one or two absolute nuggets of wisdoms dropped in 20 minutes of bullshit? The bit about getting stronger through painful experiences is absolutely spot on, in pretty much anything in life. It's just the rambling for the other 12 minutes. I've seen a few of his recent videos, and it seems to me that the guy is so preoccupied and obsessed with not coming across as needy to woman, that it seems...well, kinda needy ironically.

I can imagine RSD fanboys going "LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!!!!" when the girls big 300lbs boyfriend comes up and puts his arm around her. CAUSE TYLER USE TO DO SO!!!

Tyler basically just says truisms about shit anyone can relate to. Does a lot of pacing and leading and NLP type stuff that makes it easy to steer the audience. I listen to his stuff and I laugh at all the techniques he's doing an I prob know 1% of nlp

I really don't see the problem with him using nlp techniques.

Seriously pacing and leading? Watch any social interaction and you'll see a person with high Emotional Intelligence doing the same, whether it's conscious or not.

The reason this became a technique is because people started studying it, same with mirroring.

The one thing more ridiculously than that video are all those comments that pick on the wife for not being their "perfect 10". They do seem a great fit.

He seems to be insanely happy... which is all that matters.

Thats true. Although now that the video is circulating, Eben officially should never put out a fashion advice product. I don't see why people are calling his wife ugly either. She's clearly around the same age as him and looks fine. Good for him for not marrying an airheaded 21 year old.
