Has anyone ever had any success doing this? When I'm there I tend to be very focused on my workout, but it would be nice to have the option of getting that really cute girl when you see her. Are there any special steps that should be taken or circumstances that I need to be made aware of or can I just go about it like a normal day approach?

I usually meet them at the water fountain or if we're both leaving. Or sometimes when I'm next to them at some machine I'll start a convo.

I have tried it a couple of times as general rules

1.- DONT TRY to tell her what is she doing wrong or what she should do.
2.-Asumming she is in shape i will try to guess for what sport she is working out for.
3.-From there shit chat and i will try making some jokes about she should stop the protein shakes and esteroids.
4.- I wont try too direct in case it goes wrong its kinda like school everybody will know about it (i think at least).
