RE: Ok this convinced me, blog about RSDs manipulation
LOL @shadow this always happens to rsd.
A lot of the blueprint was definitely too long-winded. But I still took some good points from it. I liked Foundations better, but whatever. As for the 'being in state' thing, I don't really see guys harping on that on the forum. Most of the time the rallying cry is 'go approach'. I got a chance to go out with 2 guys from the rsd forum a few months ago, and I learned a TON from those two guys. One of them was preparing to become an instructor with them, and he was totally normal. No state pumping, no ridiculous lines or anything. HE told ME to drop canned routines and 'material'. His opener was 'hi, I'm x'. All night, that's all he did and had completely normal conversations. To date, he was the best guy I've ever seen in person. And while I was there, I met 2 other guys from the rsd forum, and they were just normal dudes. No lines, no routines.
That one night completely changed how I looked at all this. I left that night saying 'shit, I've been doing all this planning and over-thinking about what I have to say and this guy just walks up and tells her his name. All I have to do is have a NORMAL damn conversation.' And I learned that from rsd guys.
I don't have any clue who Jeffy's sleeping with, and that's something that never really bothered me, about any instructors. I never judged instructors by the girls they get, because their tastes aren't always my tastes.
I know from personal experience, I approach girls all the time that the guys I'm with wouldn't even think to approach. They approach girls I don't want at all. And 'community guys' have the highest standards I've ever heard of, NOT lower. Their standards for what's attractive is absurdly rigid a lot of the time. Sometimes I feel like some guys approach girls not because he thinks she's attractive, but because she matches up with some community standard of what's SUPPOSED to be attractive. Like they say to themselves, 'guys would definitely say that's an 8, I should approach her'.
Other guys might think the girls Jeffy's sleeping with are fat or ugly, but if HE thinks she's attractive and HE wants to sleep with her, and he GETS her, it's a valid pickup to me. I'm sure everyone here has approached a girl you deemed 'less' than you, only for her to blow you off, so it's not like it's a given that he'll get her.
Also, I've noticed that the word 'fat' seems to get tacked onto any woman that isn't a size zero, so I take the use of that word with a grain of salt. I was out with one guy who wouldn't approach at all, so I started pointing out girls for him. If she wasn't a stick, he deemed her 'fat' or 'chunky' or 'thick'. It was absolutely ridiculous, which goes back to what I was saying earlier about community guys having MUCH higher standards then normal guys, and I'm sure a lot of that is because they're more concerned with impressing other guys with 'the 9 I picked up' then actually just getting a girl they're attracted to.
