Friend zone?
I'm a little curious from everyones experience, how quickly can you end up in the friend zone? I've always just found myself there accidentally over the course of a few months. I'm asking because i've been out with a girl twice now and haven't kissed her yet. I know, I know, I obviously should have, but I've kept the interaction really fun and flirty so far, and Korea is a pretty conservative country when it comes to getting intimate. Maybe i'm just excessively paranoid of the friend zone, but surely I couldn't have friend zoned myself in two dates, right? Thoughts? Obviously i'm going to kiss her on date three Wink

RE: Friend zone?
Me being very physical and direct, along with strong eye contact, cuts through all the BS and let's her know I find her attractive and am not interested in just being friends. So, no I've never been friend zoned.

RE: Friend zone?
If you are taking this girl out on dates, she is not going to put you in the friend zone just because you have not kissed her yet. She is probably thinking "wtf, why has this guy not made a move yet?" but if she continues to go out with you, you are in good shape. As you said, go for it on date 3 before she thinks you are a major prude.
I am not a believer of the "friend zone" myself, not when things start off with romantic intentions. I see it this way: If a guy asks me out and we go out on a date or two but Im just not feeling the chemistry, I am not going to be his friend. I am going to say thanks but no thanks.. there is really no reason to continue to see that person. If two people start off as friends, that is different.. then you are just friend. No "zone" just friends.
