Impact Of Pickup Blog On Your Relationships
Mark,
I'm a regular reader. Got the last book and really enjoyed it. You do a really great job of explaining the essence of pickup/dating.
I have no commercial interest in pickup, but would like to start a blog on the subject where I share my perspectives. I am curious if you would recommend keeping it anonymous? Are there any important gotchas one should be aware of? How do women react when they find your blog?

RE: Impact Of Pickup Blog On Your Relationships
I would say yes, keep it anonymous. Unless you become very popular, it probably won't find its way into your everyday life. But when/if it ever does, it brings up the tedious/awkward conversation of "Why do you write about this?" with people you've met (usually girls). Unfortunately, that's a conversation I've had probably 1,000 times by now.
The other reason is that people google you. I read somewhere that a survey showed that 50% of women google the guy they go on a date with. Unfortunately, I'm beginning to find this experience to be true, as more and more women are finding my stuff without me telling them.
Also, if you ever want to start a new career or run for political office, having your name plastered all over a bunch of posts that talk about banging women is not the most savory thing to have to explain.
So yes, keep it anonymous. Unless you plan on making a career out of it, keep it anonymous.
