If you google her, her regular pictures, she doesnt look that hot. Sure, she's hot for a standard blond, but you see that type of girls all the time if you live in southern california.

However, i gotta admit, dressing up like that AND dying her hair blue actually makes her look ridicolously hot.

Know this is a dated reply, but the best idea you have here is to go to a place that YOU know you will have a ton of fun in. I think it's really helpful to go to places I am going to have a lot of fun, that way I don't get nervous about talking to people. If we're at the same place, we are obviously into the same things, or at least that's what I assume so I have the courage to approach the hotties
