The best place to pull a girl is to your car. Here's my age old tactic. Basically, I usually pregame by putting a delicious bottle of alcohol in the back of my car.

After i madeout with a girl and fingered her, I would suggest to her we should "go to the car and get more drunk".

Then i pull her to the car.

Also, in order to fuck her, you should go one step further by parking in a place that other people are not around. The first time i tried this, there are too many people walking around, it really fucked up the mood.
