RE: Doing cardio to "last longer" in bed?

I do get this problem sometimes. Often when Ive been drinking, it takes me ages to come when Im having sex and eventually I get too tired.
Although my main problem/perhaps 'fear' is actually how long I last before i come. When I'm drunk I can go on for ages usually, or at least a normality amount of time. Often If i'm going back with a girl Ill drink up before we leave the club or whatever and maybe drink a bit more just before we get down to it, it definitely works..sometimes it works to well and you cant cum at all. But sometimes when sober, damn..I mean its not like 1-2 minutes but usually happens to fast for my liking. A warm moist pussy is just too nice, ha.
What do people recommend for this?
I don't do much exercise, smoke, and am slightly overweight, ha, so I guess these effect how quickly you come quite a lot?

I'm not overweight either, nor do I smoke. I'm going to try and do some cardio! (Already lifting weights.)
007:
One thing you can try is doing "male kegel exercises". See here for example: http://uk.askmen.com/dating/love_tip_60/...e_tip.html
Those muscles can help keep you from coming. Do those exercises, and then masturbate and bring yourself to the edge and then stop and flex those muscles. You should be able to get to orgasm and then not ejaculate. This gives you more control.
Besides that you can switch to another position when you feel you're close, or switch to oral or fingering for example. Focusing on her pleasure can also make you last longer.

Some good quick fixes to prevent cumming too fast:
1. OPEN YOUR EYES. Do not close your eyes when you feel like you're going to cum. This is a natural reaction that boosts mental imagery leading you to cum faster.
2. Think about all the muscles in your body, and concentrate of relaxing them as best as you can. Tense muscles => ejaculation.
3. BREATHE - concentrate on your breathe. Practice breathing slowly. Concentrate on slowing your heart rate. Your parasympathetic nervous system (your body's internal breaks for things like heart rate, breathing rate, sweating, etc) causes you to get an erection. Your sympathetic nervous system (your body's internal gas pedal for the previously mentioned things) causes you to cum. The more you can transfer your body over to the parasympathetic side of things, the harder your erection, and the less likely you are to be a one pump chump.
