I think it has a lot to do with the way that you present it and how you feel about it. If you're still depressed about it and it's dragging your life down, it's going to be unattractive. But if you come at it from the angle like, 'You know, when I was younger, I didn't have a lot of friends and life was really tough for me, but as I got older I realized _____ and I decided to _____ and ever since my life has been great and I've never been happier ' - then it's going to be an attractive statement. It's all in the presentation.
