Man Claims 300k House For 16 Dollars! (Neighbors Are Mad)
Hey all you Texans. You'd best hear up on this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=356kiqllk...dded#at=29

By indulging in adverse possession, this man seems to have exploited a loophole (not a true one because it is still dependent on the possibility of payment of debt or lawsuit by the bank), in which he may claim ownership of the house in three years. The neighbors are really shocked and angered that a "squatter" came in and jumped in on their former neighbor's property.

I can't imagine how many people have gone batshit insane trying to file for this kind of thing to reap the profits. But I bet the bank will have taken its stance by then. I'm really freestyling here, I have no idea how often this happens.
