Don't get me wrong, I like sex a lot, but it's never been this mind blowing greatest feeling in the world type experience for me that some people would lead you to believe.

The girls I'm with always seem to be having the time of their lives. They'll even say things like "I hope you're enjoying this half as much as I am" as they prepare to come for the whatever time, but the reality is that I'm not.

Does anyone else feel the same way? The media always portrays guys as sex crazed maniacs and girls as people who eventually give into it, but in reality it seems like they get so much more out of the whole experience.

True... even the times that I've had mind-blowing sex, the girl I'm with seems to be having universe-imploding sex. But hey, good for them. Just focus on enjoying it yourself. If it feels like you're just masturbating with a pair of legs, then perhaps find girls you like more and connect with better.

If I could have multiple orgasms that lasted twice as long, I'd enjoy sex more too.

I've found similar things, myself. It happens, it's normal, don't worry about it!

But I'll second what Mark says...find girls you connect with better. I always enjoy sex more when it's with a long-term partner. One night stands can be cool, but the impersonal nature of it tends to make me feel a bit indifferent to the whole sex act!

It's possible to connect with a girl on a one-night stand and make it a fulfilling experience. You just need to focus on the experience and the emotional connection with the girl, not +1'ing your lay count. And obviously it helps if you choose a girl that you connect with in the first place...

Obviously I can't relate much on this topic. What the others said about having sex with girls you have a deeper connection definitely makes sense.

The first thing that came to my mind was that girls (speaking of single girls because I assume you are referencing girls who you are hooking up with an not in a relationship with) probably don't have as much sex or as often as her male counterpart. Thus when she does get some, it's a relief, she is letting go, happy to be getting some physical pleasure, perhaps not having had sex in a while so there might be some big time buildup. Like I said, just the first thing that came to mind..

No I don't think it's about frequency. I actually think it's silly to think that women in general don't get laid a lot. I mean, all the men need to be doing it with a female counterpart, aye? Besides, sex generally gets better when you do it more often with a girl, not worse (which you would expect based on your theory).

Some things that come to mind that might cause this: AFAIK, sexuality for men is a pretty localized thing in the brain, while for women it's much more complex and spread out. It's physical and mental and emotional.

Women have more restraints in daily life, so there may be more of a release when they do have sex. There are more taboos for women, and breaking these may be more exciting.

Women are more submissive. To a large extent a man can lead a woman to greater and greater pleasure.

Physically, women can also get multiple orgasms more easily than men, they can get extended orgasms. Clitoral orgasms, vaginal orgasms. All sorts of fun stuff. Maybe their bodies interpret the sex itself differently too. I've been told that being penetrated is an intense and intimate experience in itself!

Women watch less porn, so they are less desensitized to naughtiness.

Put it this way; Id rather have the girl enjoying it more than me, then less then me, ha.

Although the last one was screaming and moaning her head off, with me enjoying it but not going ape shit. Then she has the cheek to tell me I didnt last long enough.
