For example, if they had no interest in a guy would they flirt anyway just for there own amusement or some other reasons? A lot of girls flirt with me, but I don't know if they are genuinely interested or are just playing girl games.

Sounds like you're over-analyzing too much. Just enjoy the flirting.

There are many reasons why people flirt. Accordingly, if a girl flirts with you, it doesn't necessarily mean that she is interested on a sexual level.

Maybe she is just a flirty person. Maybe she just enjoys this moment. Maybe she wants to "test" her own attractiveness. Etc.

But so what?

If you like her, escalate and see how it's going with her.

Don't take it so seriously. Sometimes I flirt just for the sake of flirting, without sex nothing has really happened. You are talking about the very beginning of the interaction. You shouldn't care so much, flirt with as many girls as you want. Have an abundance mentality and have fun.
