Heyo. I've run into somewhat of a problem (some might see this as a great opportunity...) and it involves meeting up with a girl (and her sorority) at a club, and the initial attraction is already there. We hook up and whatnot, but as the night progresses she continues to drink and drink and eventually hooks up with her other "friends" from her sorority. I was obviously blown away by this, and I didn't know how to react to it. I tried isolating her but imagine trying to pull one girl away from 20 or so other friends.

This is not the first time I've run into this (with different women) and I was equally blown away the first time. I'm not sure if I'm just expecting different things from different girls but I'm still baffled. Maybe she was really just drunk or what, but I don't even think acting nonchalant towards it would've changed the outcome of the night. So after about 30 minutes or so of hanging around the rest of the club, and seeing that literally no other guys were having success with these other sorority chicks, I just drank myself into an oblivion and ended up being really upset at how things turned out.

Chances are meeting up with her afterwards are nil since she was visiting from another state (from TX to PA), so I just tried to text her the next day and leave on a somewhat neutral note instead of a disappointed note.

So long story short - Shit test from girl? Not likely at least I don't think so, considering she texted me the next day and told me she was sorry for being really drunk last night. And to think I had this in the bag from the get-go...

I'm kind of happy one on point, considering that if I had encountered this type of action earlier in my life from a girl I enjoyed being around I would freak out completely and/or mentally shut down. But instead I at least tried to take action in terms of "moving forward", albeit I wasn't even sure if that action was the best action to begin with.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Sorry for the long winding post!

I don't see a problem. The ol' liquid courage tends to cut girls loose from their inhibitions. I don't think it's a shit test so much as a college girl experimenting and enjoying herself. I wouldn't take it personally. If she apologized to you, power to you. You matter enough to her that she's worried her pleasure might have offended you. Most people wouldn't give a shit if others were offended by their partying, unless they have an image to uphold. Who knows, maybe a threesome lurks around the corner. At least we know she's not that closed to the possibility of enjoying another girl.
