My interactions have a general trend. I open direct (even if she is in a group) with "Hey, you are cute. I wanted to say hi". At this point, they are either attracted or not.

If not attracted, I am seldom able to get them attracted. Basically, I don't have any further attraction game. If they are not attracted, how do you flip them?

If she is attracted, I talk about normal stuff. What she does etc. and very soon the attraction is gone. How do I keep her attracted? Is this the point where you do push/pull etc?

Increasingly, I am starting to feel like the only way to work bars is to use Mystery Method. I have been keeping away because I feel it is too insincere. But I am a results oriented guy. How do you guys actually make direct work in bars?

Learn to tease and flirt. Sounds like you're just boring them.

Mark's right. That's your problem right there. She talks about normal stuff with her friends. Normal is boring. Be fun, energetic, flirty. Make fun of her for silly reasons. Guaranteed you'll see more positive reactions than asking her how she enjoys her job as a secretary at a doctor's office.
