Mark and others have said in another thread that I should not be too harsh on Berlin, so I decided not to sound like a complaining guy anymore, and do something productive instead.

This thread is for all the Berlin-lovers out there. Maybe it's helpful for some of you. Everything written in this guide comes from first-hand experience, by the way. Here it is:

I stayed near Alexanderplatz when I was there in 2009 which is in East Berlin. There was little to no day game opportunity around there, but my experience was East Berlin had all of the best nightlife. I enjoyed a place called "Sage" a lot, hated Haymarket (nothing but lame tourist pubs) and went to a lot of other clubs that I can't remember right now.

The most memorable experience in Berlin was Berg Heim though... a fucking gigantic warehouse out in the middle of nowhere that is turned into a club on weekends. It opens at midnight on Friday and doesn't close until noon on Sunday. When I went, I got there at 3AM and waited in line for two hours to get in. Stayed until 9AM, pulled a girl (then lost her) outside, and there was still a massively line to get in... at 9AM. Place is huge with restaurants and beds built into the nooks so that you can sleep or fuck without actually having to leave.

Had a lot fun in Berlin, would love to make it back.
