How do you stop the over-analysis involved in PU? I think this is something very common in PU, I've caught myself trying to decipher what the girl thinks, what meaning had what she said, what she did, etc. It is a pain in the neck and usually make you act nervous and lose the girl. I've seen that this happens a lot when I care about the girl, when I care about the outcome, when I don't care too much everything works just fantastically.
