Not very realistic. It's a joke. The ONLY thing that may make him attractive to women in that show - is how little he cares about how much the women like him. He is far more interested in other things, and that drives the women nuts.

In general though, his general oddities would pretty much guarantee he never had sex he didn't pay for.
