Things you can do to improve your looks
These I think are the most important:
- Dressing well
- Getting in shape
- Haircut
- Body language / posture

Also:
- Groom your facial/pubic/body hair and eyebrows, trim nose-hair, ear hair
- Skin Care
- White Teeth
- Nails neatly cut
- Tanning
- Get enough sleep

And, about smell:
- Wear deodorant / perfume
- Always have good breath

anything else??

That will be it I guess.

A nice pair of classic shoes. To be honest I'm starting to understand girl's addication with shoes.

I fucking love great shoes, haha,

When you get dressed, don't ask does this look good/nice. Ask, does this look sexy?

Reminds me of other forums I read...

I now go to a hairstylist in stead of a standard hairdresser. The guy does shows in Paris and Milan and shit too, and stuff for magazines, so he knows what he's doing. I recommend it. You can probably google to find good hairstylists in your city.

I usually go to a cheap 9€ hairdresser (always looks good), once I went to an expensive stylist (23€) and all people I asked, including my girlfriend, said it doesn't look any different. But if you can find a good one its probably worth the money.

I think its also important that you style your hair every morning (or at least when you go out).

Well the thing is, once you've found a hairstyle that you like, all he has to do after that is cut off the hair that has grown in the meantime. A hairstylist is probably best if you want to try a new hairstyle, or if you want advice on what would look best on you. The difference I notice is that with cheap hairdressers, it's kind of hit or miss. I would hope they got it right this time. While with the hairstylist, you can kind of let him go his own way, because he knows about style and about what looks good and what doesn't, and he has a clear endgoal in his mind about how it will look.

Probably the most important thing with hair, though, is that you have a hairsytle that fits you and that looks good on you. At one point I didn't have my hair cut for like 6 months, and then everybody commented that my hair actually looks better longer. Most of my life I had my hair shorter, with lots of hairgel in it, mostly because everybody else had it like that too where I lived. Now I have longer, low-maintenence hair, and it looks much better on me.

I think what style of hair/beard looks good on you is also determined by your face type, I just found this: http://www.hairboutique.com/tips/tip3906.htm
gonna find out what my face type is and try something new.
Nothing beats actually trying out new styles and see how they look.

Interesting article. Now how do I figure out what my face type is? Tongue

Edit: At least I know I have a big nose and long, skinny neck. I think my longer hairstyle is pretty well-suited for that.

Only use GOMAD if you're really skinny; I'm talking visible ribcage skinny. Everyone else should just make sure they get at least 1g of protein for every pound of bodyweight and cut both carbs and fats. You can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, especially if you are a beginner, as long as you take enough protein and train sensibly.
