These were (maybe still are, don't know) some of the foundations of "natural game" style few years ago. Your opinion?

Second one is true.

First one, you can never know for sure, but I find it to be true a high percentage of the time. I just think it's a very useful belief to have, for a variety of reasons.

But why would it be useful to believe that if you feel awkward because of AA she will feel awkward too and therefore be turned off?

Because its the truth

If you act nervous she will get nervous too.. nothing will change that but at least you know whats going on and try to calm yourself

Could someone explain what exactly is meant by "self is always coming through"?

Well I can't but I hope I will be able with enough practice to make it not affect my behavior despite being present. AA doesn't disappear anyway.

AA is Approach Adrenalin.

Approach Anxiety, but now that you said that I'll try to view it as Approach Adrenalin! Good idea.
