Exclamation Relationship management-feelings
Hi guys,
Happy of the forum's opening!!
I'm asking myself something about relationships:
Now you're in a LTR with a girl I know you have to get out a little bit of your shell and opend more. But I'm always asking myself if it's not needy to tell her I miss her even if she tells me she miss me or showing a lot of interest when you know you can have other girls...Huh

Thanks for answers guys and sorry if it's difficult to understand I'm french!

Emotions are not needy. The purpose of the emotions is what creates neediness.

If you miss her, tell her you miss her. If you love her, tell her you love her. If you don't learn how to express your feelings and appreciation for your girlfriend, your relationship is going to eventually collapse.

Good God a Frenchman in our midst! Lock up your women-folk! Wink

Mark, can I suggest a post idea for your blog:
Guys over-using PU ideas long after they have actually picked up the girl such as in a LTR.
Dont know if that is something you have any thoughts on that. I just realised that this is something I had to question. No one tells you when to stop gaming these wonderful creatures once you have them in your life.

Yeah definitely. I think I posted a bit about it once years ago.

But a lot of habits and skills that are good for pick up are totally destructive within a relationship and vice-versa.

Its something I didnt notice until a couple of gf's called it out. Im square on it now more or less but it was a bit of a shock to hear that she didnt want all that shit in her ear all the time. Big Grin

If youve already posted on that then why not do a small bit on allowing yourself to be vulnerable in relationships. Youve probably written about this too but Ive missed it!

Haha, dude my list of "stuff to write about" is at an all-time high right now. I literally have 65-70 topics written in a TXT file of shit I want to cover.

There will be a little of all of this on the blog over the coming months. But bigger topics such as emotional connections/vulnerability/comfort, and relationship basics, will probably be their own books and/or products.

Just because there's so much shit to say. Hundreds of pages easily.
