Yeah, the whole "get a girl to go shopping with you," is great if you're totally clueless, but a lot of women actually have no idea how to dress a guy well.

Best way to get good at it is looking at fashion/ celebrity pictures and saving the one you like.
After some time you get a good feeling for whats looking good and what isnt

Looking at celebrities and asking women for advice is a good idea but not all that useful.

For the same reason why women should not buy aftershave for men advice from other people can be damaging. The reason being when you purchase something that you like it makes you more confident whether or not it is in style or fashionable. Scientists did research on this and found the smell of the aftershave is irrelevant but when a man chose his own aftershave he "looked" more confident to women and thus was more attractive.

Remember the smell was irrelevant to the women. Same with clothes find fits and how clothes work for your body and then buy what YOU like not what is in fashion. You will be happier and more confident.

I updated my wardrobe and went for a more retro look and feel more confident in my new clothes because this reflects who I am.

Wow what a long post.

I know some girls who said they go crazy for a certain perfume. Probably because they have some emotions tied to it.
So i dont really believe that it makes no difference :/

If you know a girl who goes crazy for a particular scent then your at an advantage. But do you know what scent every woman prefers? Is there one scent for all women? Remember if you want to attract your mother then ask her to pick your scent, if you want to attract your sister then ask her to pick your scent.

So unless you knew what scent the woman that you are trying to pickup loves then the above advice is correct. You have a better chance of success by "feeling" confident than to guess what scent a random girl likes.

Some perfumes are more popular than others.

Many girls like Acqua di Gio (by Giorgio Armani). I know it was very popular when I bought it, but whenever I try another one and let girls smell them and choose between the two, or even before I let them smell it, they blurt out ACQUA DI GIO.

Personally I like L'eau D'Issey (by Issey Miyake) too. Smile
