Picking up girls in rural areas
Hi guys,
I've been lurking this site and the forum for a bit now and tried to put some of the stuff to use. However, I live in a pretty rural area and need some advice because I think some things work a bit differently around here.
So I'll try to explain my situation a bit. The village I live in has a population of about 1500 people, which means I literally know everyone from here who is around my age. Fortunately the surrounding villages are pretty close by, actually some of them are so close that you don't notice your leaving one village and entering another if you're not from around here. Still, these villages aren't doing much better in terms of population, with the "biggest" one being inhabited by about 9000 people. To give an impression of how rural this area is: If go outside and just walk straight away from my house, I will walk through the woods for about 5 km before I will see any sign of civilisation again.
So naturally, nightlife around here is pretty much doesn't exist. Most things you'll find are restaurant, bistros and some bars. Girls normally don't enter there unless they were dragged there by their boyfriend. The only exception to this is a club which opened up last year. It's pretty small consisting only of one room, and it's pretty expensive. However, I try to go there more frequently since it's the only place where you'll find girls, even though I think it's a pretty bad place for cold-approaching. Apart from that club, some litte festivals which occur only once in a while are the only things which happen around here. Now if you want to go into a real club you have to drive at least for an hour (if you drive fast), but of course then the logistics are the shit.
So I can't really bet on the number-game. And since it's so hard to pick up random girls around here, most guys get their girlfriends out of their social circle. I used to do that too, but after I've finished school most of my social circle from that time moved away (on a side note, mostly girls try to flee from this area as soon as they can). Since I started to search for girls in the last few month, I expanded my social circle quite a bit by now. But it's still a bit useless since it's very, very rare to meet a single girl who you actually don't know yet, or even worse, isn't your ex or some of your buddys ex-girlfriends. Everyone pretty much knows everybody over 2 or 3 persons around here.
The only thing I haven't tried yet is day-game. This is because I could stand even in the most crowded place and wait for 15 minutes without a single suitable girl passing by.
So I think you get the idea about my circumstances. Now I'd like some advice what I could do to meet more girls around here. Many things I read on this site only seem to apply to big cities. Stuff like "go out and talk to 10 random girls" are pretty hard to do since you won't find 10 girls out on the street, even if you'd walk for an hour.
Now this whole post got a bit longer than i thought, and I hope it doesn't sound too much like a long, big rant. This area also has it good sides... it's just not in the girls-divison. Since every pick-up site I could find seems to be based around the fact that you can meet an unlimited amount of girls if you want, I would really like to know what you can do if you take that part out of the equation.
