Well I just wanted to hear some people's toughts on this case, just like people were criticizing Tucker Maxx. We all have our differences off course.
So hopefully I won't be emulating their qualities, just because I'm criticizing them.
the deeper lying issue here: most male role models go from one extreme to the other: the wimp (see video) vs the childish boy (Tucker Maxx).
But whatever you do, don't emulate their qualities

You do know that alpha, beta etc. are just roles in certain situations? Have a look at group dynamics (Raoul Schindler etc.).
Tom Cruise isn't "the alpha". He is just a guy, who acts. And who has very wacky beliefs (probably a result of conforming to his peer group in hollywood).
And the "Club Alpha" is rarely the leader and awesome guy in every other situation in his life, that he is made out to be in the "community".

It isn't about general role models, but rather about learning the right behavior in the right situations.

One funny thing about this is that Gay Hendricks (yeah, I know, I know) could be viewed as highly alpha by certain standards. (I don't know as much about the other guy, Arjuna.)
Specifically, Hendricks is highly educated, written numerous books, been on Oprah and other popular radio / TV shows, and is presumably wealthier than 99.9+% of the population (because of all of the above). If he were so inclined, he could easily attract himself a lot of young, female, "spiritual" / New age groupies.
Yeah, this video makes me want to gag (I watched under a minute), but it's sure gotten these guys a lot of attention. Almost none of it has been positive, but you know what they say about publicity...
