Whoa whoa... Smoking weed makes you less sociable ?? WTF ??

Of course, getting WASTED makes you less sociable. But for people with anxiety problems or some other insecurities, smoking for a bit actually makes you a more relaxed person.

It's a matter of HOW MUCH and WHEN you smoke it. If you, like some friends I have, are perpetually stoned and can't add 2 + 2, well, yes, you should back off a bit. But if you, like it's happened to me sometimes, actually talk too much, smoking will actually help you.

It shouldn't be used as a crutch, of course. There's a reason why Buddhists don't like to use drugs for meditation: your mind should be trained to do that by itself. But if you're in the middle of an anxiety attack, or if you're having some nervousness problems, ESPECIALLY if it's in situations where you shouldn't have them (like when hanging out with your girlfriend or a girl you're already friends with), by all means, try it out.

Every once in a while won't kill you or make you stupid. Now then... the original poster of this thread smokes every day. That might be too much.

p.s.: Oh, and btw, sex while both of you are stoned is GREAT. It's something everyone should try out at least once in their lives.

p.s.: I know, you can have bad trips and make a bad situation worse. But you should know yourself and your drug before you put yourself in complicated situations. This is good advice for any drug, btw, including alcohol.
