"I have a boyfriend"
When I I hear this, I never know if this just an excuse, because she is not interested, because she is not comfortable (specially during daygame), or because she really does.

What do you reply to this one?

Sometimes I make fun of it and move on like "I have some friends , too (in German u say you have a friend instead of boyfriend), or I reframe it: "Its so weird that lots of women think, that u are hitting on them, just because you said "Hi". Why is that?"

What do you think about these?

It means she's not interested or actually has a boyfriend. Either way if it comes up it's best to just excuse yourself and move on.

I agree with Livewire except where your already having a pleasant conversation and you go for a close and then she mentions it. I can't just run away at that point.
My goal at that point is to make her comfortable about the fact Im not torn to shreds by the news (I know some girls are impressed with you for approaching and dont want to end badly probably the only time in their life they are approached on a street by a suave chap, anyway... ). So I may joke about like the comment about it getting seen to by a doctor or my favourite is that in my opinion she should have two boyfriends... either way doesnt matter as long as you react in a mellow way and dont get knotted up by it. You can then transition into other chat and wind it up from there in a smooth way rather than end this pleasant experience for her in a ragged way that makes her feel guilty.
It doesnt matter if she is just saying it to get rid of you IMO. You'll never know so just be cool. Who knows you may meet her again.

yay more germans

I wouldnt say that line . It seems like you are making excuses for approaching her.
But there is no reason to hide that you were trying to hit on her. Even if she doesnt like you

Yeah if your going direct in day you want it made in crystal clarity for the whole train carriage to hear that you are definately hitting on her!

Im against 'lines' per say but having something up your sleeve relieves the anxiety around that inevitable outcome you will meet one day.

You´re right, although it worked sometimes, I always felt kinda inkongruent when I said it. So I guess the best way is just to make a joke and switch the subject.

@ Lucan: hahahah! Guilty! Where you from?

I like the response of turn it into a self amusement. Watch this video when the guy gets I have a bf. He just plays with it and enjoys the interaction. Who knows she might come around.

yeah, if you walk up to a girl and start a conversation out of the blue, most girls know you're hitting on them (this is even more true for clubgame).
You might mention it explicitly ('You know, actually I just found you're cute and wanted to talk to you"), but trying to deny it is exposing yourself as a liar.
