18. Do it as soon as it makes sense financially. I did live with them during summers in college and for a month after I graduated, until I found a place.
18, went to college and never returned until I got divorced and was so financially messed up I lived with my mom for about two years to get myself liquid again. Actually best roommate I ever had. My mom is great and left me alone. I probably should do it again to save some money...lol..

19 when I moved out for college. That lasted about 6 months though 'til I dropped out. Now back at home til University in september. I like living with my parents though. Saves you a shit tonne of money and it has yet to affect my ability to pick up, so..
A shitty flat in London is about £750 per month. My income is about £480 per month. I do not see it happening without 2-3 roomates LOL.

This my problem too. Luckily my dad has a flat in london, but in terms of actually moving out, you need to be on about 18-20 grand really at least.
I would absolutely love to move out but I am earning to little at the moment. The shittiest thing is, still living at home has made getting laid harder.
